As a team member at RallyStop medical, vision and dental insurance is available after a year of employment. *Qualifications for insurance are based on a look back method.

RallyStop offers a tuition assistance to all team members and affiliated team members that have been employed for 6 months. This assistance helps with any programs that lead to a professional license or academic degree.
GED is also considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our goal at RallyStop is to help provide flexibility to all team members.

Team members are eligible for a 401K if they are 21 years of age, have worked for RallyStop for one year and have logged 1000 hours in that year. RallyStop will match your contribution at 3%.

To show our appreciation for each team member, RallyStop provides merit based awards for time spent working for the company. RallyStop strives to create careers for its team members.
